TRIRIGA Functional Training Courses – Duration (5 hours per day)
F100 TRIRIGA Basics 1 Day
Course Objectives
The purpose of the TRIRIGA Basics course is to provide a basic understanding of the application as an end user, across multiple applications and user roles. You will learn how to navigate through the application, populate and update data records and run standard reports.
Audience
The target audience for this course is anyone who wants to gain general hands-on understanding of TRIRIGA, including managers and end-users. The course focuses on the mechanics and functional use of the TRIRIGA application. No detailed training on customization, designing, development or the mechanics of the TRIRIGA Application Platform is provided. This course is the starting point for any TRIRIGA certification.
Prerequisites
- Knowledge of databases and exposure to enterprise software is recommended.
- Knowledge of Microsoft® Windows is required.
- The TRIRIGA Portfolio training course – F100 – is recommended, but not required.
F200 Space & Move Management 2 Day
This course is designed to train users to use TRIRIGA Facilities Space and Move Management Module. The purpose of this course is to provide an understanding of the management tools related to space management and move/add/change (MAC) processes. These include Space Requests and Tracking, Move Requests and Planning, Move Execution.
Audience
The target audience of this course includes space and move coordinators or planners who manage moves and space assignments, and space occupancy and anyone who will be implementing, configuring or administrating the components of the application related to these processes.
Prerequisites
- Knowledge of databases and exposure to enterprise software is recommended.
- Knowledge of Microsoft® Windows is required.
- The TRIRIGA Portfolio training course – F100 – is recommended, but not required.
F300 CAD Integrator 1 Day
Course Objectives
This course is designed to train users to use TRIRIGA CAD Integrator to publish and manage CAD drawings in TRIRIGA. Users will also learn how to create and manage web graphic layers, graphic reports, and colors/hatches. We will also train you how to create and standardize Polylining per BOMA or IFMA standards.
Audience
The target audience of this course includes space and move coordinators or planners who manage CAD drawings and space assignments. Others that would benefit are those who will be using the system to link drawing files to the database.
Prerequisites
- Basic to moderate AutoCAD knowledge.
- Knowledge of Microsoft® Windows is required.

F400 Operations & Maintenance 3 Day
Course Objectives
In this course, you will learn to use the TRIRIGA operations and maintenance procedures to increase the efficiency, reliability, and safety of your assets and locations. TRIRIGA’s multifaceted approach achieves this goal with both time-based and readings-based scheduling, and allowing for input from every level of the organization to identify discrepancies and maintenance needs.
Audience
The target audience for this course is operators who track requests related to demand work orders, service order assignment, asset and inventory management.

- An understanding of how Operations is used in your current environment.

F500 Lease Administration 2 Day
Course Objectives
This course is designed to educate participants about lease management, setting up critical dates and reminders, lease options and clauses, managing payment schedules, lease lifecycles and amendments. Topics include contract creation, contract Modifications, Payment Adjustments and Payment Processing.
Audience
The target audience for this course is persons who are managing leases and contracts for their organization.
Prerequisites
- An understanding of how Leases used in your current environment.

F600 Lease Accounting 2 Day
Course Objectives
This course is designed to educate participants about business unit and journal entry setup, lease accounting review, accounting revisions, period end processing and close, and disclosure reporting.

F700 Capital Projects 4 Day
Course Objectives
In this course, you learn to use the TRIRIGA application tools to manage funding sources, programs, and capital projects. You will perform hands-on exercises, and run business scenarios that include the application concepts and business processes. You learn to manage and track the projects of your organization with TRIRIGA.
Audience
The target audience for this course is anyone who uses the system for any of the following tasks: Create Project and Budget, Organize and Review documents, Manage Procurement and Payments.
Prerequisites
- An understanding of how projects are managed in your current environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft® Windows is required.

F800 Inventory & Procurement 2 Day
Course Objectives
This course is designed to educate participants about products and catalogs, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, receipts and returns, billing, inventory setup and transactions.

The target audience for this course is anyone who uses the system for the following tasks: management of assets, management of disposable parts and materials, procurement

T100 System Administration 2 Day
Course Objectives
The purpose of this course is to provide an understanding of the requirements for supporting the TRIRIGA Application Platform. The concept of the course is to ensure that the System Administrator will understand all aspects of the TRIRIGA system from the installation process to the long-term maintenance of the system.
Audience
This course is intended for system administrators and other users responsible for maintaining the TRIRIGA applications: Application & Platform administrators, UNIX and Windows administrators, Database administrators, Application implementers, developers, and customizers.
Prerequisites
- Background in IT, system administration, database administration and programming skills is required.

T200 Application Administration 2 Day
Course Objectives
The purpose of this course is to enable an admin resource to perform key TRIRIGA maintenance and support functions, including management of user accounts, security configuration, and other administration functions. The concept of the course is to ensure that the Application Administrator will understand all aspects of the TRIRIGA platform from the end user perspective to the long-term maintenance of the application.

This course is intended for administrators and other users responsible for maintaining TRIRIGA applications

Course Objectives
