Sanjiv Paul Singh serves as Chief Operating Officer of eCIFM Solutions. Prior to eCIFM, Sanjiv was a Manager at Peregrine Systems. Sanjiv is also an accomplished Architect and his background has led to numerous innovations in the IWMS and Architectural industries. Sanjiv holds a Masters of Architecture from Washington University – St. Louis and a Bachelors of Architecture from Indian Institute of Technology – Kharagpur.

Since 2021, Sanjiv has been recognized as an IBM champion for his support and dedication to the IWMS community.

Ryan Koppelman has over 20 years of experience in technology leadership and software development. He was a founding member of TRIRIGA and spent the majority of his career working with the TRIRIGA product lines, the customer-base and partner ecosystem. Ryan has worked in various software/IT roles including marketing, QA, customer support, engineering, as a senior manager at IBM, and a Director for the TRIRIGA Practice at Wipro. Prior to joining eCIFM, Ryan led a global engineering team at Integrated Practice Solutions in building innovative cloud-based solutions for the Healthcare industry.

Warren (Buzz) Fisher joins eCIFM with over 30 years’ experience in building and managing implementation teams to successfully deploy Facility and IWMS software. His extensive background in the industry includes 15 years at TRIRIGA/IBM where he led both Federal and Commercial high level, complex projects. Prior to joining eCIFM, Buzz was the Vice President of Professional Services at iOffice by Eptura where he was instrumental in developing the global support infrastructure of the organization. He not only transformed small implementation teams into dynamic global teams during hyper growth periods but also successfully formalized project methodologies, delivery processes, and metrics reporting. 

Hortencia Olmos is a seasoned human resources leader with over 25 years of experience across diverse industries, including manufacturing, service, hospitality, retail, logistics, non-profit, and corporate support. As the Senior Director of Human Resources, Hortencia  oversees the full spectrum of HR functions in a generalist capacity—leading efforts in recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, benefits administration, employee relations and payroll management.
